Feeling Alive

I define depression as the suppression of unresolved anger and anger as the manifestation of challenges perceived as insurmountable. Depression, then, represents a diminishing array of choices. As a producer and former soldier, strategic planning—having contingencies like Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C—was always paramount to me. Yet, at one point, I found myself devoid of plans altogether.

Seeking change, I departed from media and immersed myself in workshops at Momentum, where I engaged in action-oriented, experiential learning aimed at personal and professional growth. These sessions compelled me to confront the sources of my pain, unconscious grievances, moments when joy and ambition waned, and revealed to me the world as a reflection of my inner state.

I define insanity as repeating actions in expectation of different outcomes. Exhausted by the confines of cyclical thinking, I made a decisive break. As my environment shifted, so did my circumstances and life trajectory. “Do Something Different” became my guidebook for behavioral transformation—reshaping my past to sculpt a more fulfilling present.

Recognize that you transcend your circumstances. By redesigning your life and infusing it with aspirations aligned with concrete actions, you will witness swift progression toward your goals. “The Secret” provided me the tools to leverage the law of attraction, attracting health, prosperity, and personal fulfillment.

Reflect upon your journey; every past challenge that brought you here today has forged your resilience and strength. Embrace the truth: you are a remarkable, potent being, alive with infinite potential.
